This June wedding took place on a hot, sunny day at the Garden of the Gods Club in Colorado Springs. At the couple’s request, we completed the first look, wedding party, and family portraits before the ceremony so they could fully enjoy their cocktail hour, despite challenging midday conditions with no cloud cover or shaded areas. Through intentional posing and thoughtful use of light, we created beautiful, polished portraits even in less-than-ideal lighting.
