02. Let's Get together
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 50% retainer officially secures your wedding date.
03. RESERVE YOUR DATE
We’ll schedule your complimentary engagement session and begin creating together. This is where trust is built and comfort grows long before the wedding day.
04. ENGAGEMENT
PORTRAITS
About a month before your wedding, we’ll meet to finalize timelines, family dynamics & portraits, and the meaningful details. You’ll walk away feeling at ease and with a clearer picture of your day.
05. LOGISTICS MEETING
My assistant and I arrive early, grounded and ready. From the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the final moments on the dance floor, I move with intention — documenting what unfolds while subtly guiding when needed. Your only job is to be present.
06. THE WEDDING DAY
Within days, you’ll receive a curated preview. Your full gallery is delivered within four weeks. If you’ve chosen an heirloom René Tate Signature Album, we then begin designing a piece that will live on for generations.

With two decades and 200+ weddings behind me — from Colorado ranches to luxury ballrooms — I bring both expertise and empathy to your day. I’ve planned my own large outdoor wedding here in Colorado. I know the details you lose sleep over and the moments you hope no one misses. I’m here to protect both.
